Can you guide my me through my first time buying a condo?

I need help buying a condo! I’ve never purchased property before and my parents have no idea what is going on half the time. What are the first steps? What can I afford? What should I look for? Tips? Advice? I’ve recently graduated from college (almost 2 years ago.) Thus, I have a student loan bill and small car loan. I also have been on my current job for 10 months. I make $41,000/year and have $13,800 for expenses (work from home) (they pay my cell phone bill, internet, and reimburse me for car.) I really would like to purchase a condo around 90,000 – 100,000(ish.) Is this possible? What are my next steps? Details are much appreciated.
Or should I just keep renting or move back in the parents to more quickly save additional funds for the property?

Go talk to a Realtor..or ..actually..go talk to at least TWO, or more..to find the one you trust…then let them guide you through..
