can an irish person apply for the uk student loan?

I am a student in Ireland who has recently been accepted to a Masters course in York, England. What I am wondering is can I apply for the student loans that are available to English students and if so what will I need to do in order to apply?

There aren’t any student loans available for masters courses in UK, just undergraduate courses. You might have to take a personal loan or a secured load.
