student loan nightmare

So what can someone do in order to escape the degree nightmare?

I have an idea that can help create jobs throughout as well as expand our knowledge and exploration of our planet as well as our inner system in a clean, cheap, and efficent way (heck possibly bring us back to the Moon and then Mars quicker than NASA). The only problem is that I can’t share or start this idea because I don’t have the degree that says “I’m not some jerk off the street that don’t know jack”. So I’ll start school…. but what is stopping me is that I don’t have the +$2,000 per month to pay for school and taking out a student loan is not an option. So i’ll get a job….. I can’t because the economy is still on a downwards spiral to the point where there was a news article that said “unemployeed need not apply”.

Try working on some certifications for now. They are a lot cheaper than earning a degree.
