student loan viewing

employers and others please,what is your view of a 25?

year old who has never had a formal,paid job,has 4 work placements,2 editing and the other conservation work,the other being a retail assitant,this person is educated to degree level and has lived of student loans,help from their family and for nearly 2 years the dole…views please would you consider him and does he sound lazy…

My impression would be that he is either irresponsible or has not made up his mind on what he wants to do. Either way, the impression is not a good one.

Most employers expect paid employees to hit the ground running. There are many qualified and experienced people out of work and he will have a hard time competing for jobs with them.
